A day to record the play up close and personal
Today we shot the entire play again without an audience. It was a strong performance even without reactions from a crowd. We were able to run sections of the play from several camera angles, with 4 cameras capturing the action.
We had the cast run portions over and over to get just the angles that we needed. The cast has been great right from the start, but their maturity personally and as an ensemble showed through today. Shooting scenes without context can be awkward, but they were professionals in every sense. They have been a joy to work with on the project.
